pierwsze miejsce, w którym można to przesyłać strumieniowo

wreszcie, jeśli jest to sprzeczne z zasadami

Nie, to nie jest sprzeczne z zasadami.
Czepiałem się tylko, bo iTunes sprzedaje muzykę w m4a a nie w mp3. Jak to jest przekonwertowane to zmienia postać rzeczy.
Niestety w iTunes nie ma całych setów a są tylko pojedyncze utwory. Na Amazon są utwory wraz z setami, ale ja nie mogę zrobić ripu, bo nie jestem z Niemiec, Austrii lub Szwajcarii.
