The founder of Rotterdam Records and Forze Records, hardcore and gabber legend Paul Elstak delivered many classic anthems. Huge popular vocal tracks with the added Dutch power. Elstak had earlier been one of the producers responsible for the invention of gabba, the harder-than-hard sound that dominated raves in Holland & Belgium. In 1995 he decided to switch his sound to the lighter, happier variant of hardcore found in the UK. His records were extremely popular and would frequently get into the top 10 in various European pop charts. Apart from an infamous licensing dispuste and various UK sample rip-offs, Paul Elstak still deserves his spot in the History Of Happy Hardcore Hall Of Fame.
